Insurances

We have insurance cover to £2M in the case of 3rd party liability. Our employees are covered by a £10M employers liability insurance policy. Our structural surveyor and Energy Performance Surveyors maintain significant indemnity insurances. Further insurances and indemnity may be offered as required.

Warranties

We provide a 10 year workmanship warranty on all of our domestic installations and at least 2 years workmanship warranty on commercial contracts with longer cover available by arrangement
